Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Just installed. Works well. Hope it will last longer than the off brand one we had before. Very easy installation due to being a replacement for the same style unit. Electrical, plumbing and mounting locations all the same.
Customer Review: I replaced a 55 gallon hot water tank with this unit… We’ve only had this unit in operation for 4 days so far, but the water is really hot, have had no issues at this point and I love the added space gained without having the tank. Time will tell if we save 50% on energy, but from all my research it makes sense even with us living in a warm climate.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I bought this tankless water heater specifically for my kitchen sink since it isn’t connected to the main hot water system, and it has worked perfectly. It heats up water quickly and is ideal for washing dishes without any hassle. It’s compact, easy to install, and doesn’t take up much space, and for this type of use the power is more than enough. Overall, I’m very satisfied because it does exactly what I needed and I would recommend it for similar uses.
Customer Review: Don’t even bother with this. The most it can handle is a tiny trickle of water coming out the faucet for the water to be warm. Forget “hot” entirely – this little heater has no chance.

A pesar de su tamaño compacto, calienta el agua de manera rápida y constante, lo cual es perfecto para uso en fregaderos, baños o incluso en RV. La instalación fue bastante sencilla y el diseño es moderno y práctico…
Customer Review: This 110V 3000W under sink tankless water heater is a complete disaster. It claims instant hot water with digital display, but the water is only lukewarm at best—you have to run the flow at a trickle to get any warmth, which is completely impractical for kitchen, bathroom, or RV use. Worse, it constantly trips the circuit breaker within seconds of operation…

The temperature is consistent once adjusted, and it saves space compared to traditional heaters. Just make sure your electrical setup supports it for best performance. Great value for the price!
Customer Review: I tried to use this as a small water heater for a bidet seat on my toilet. Installation instructions were ok, but some connections were easier to make and keep tight than others. The installation instructions did not really explain how to set the temperature desired. My toilet is on the opposite wall from the sink, so I installed this next to the toilet and secured a heavy duty extension cord from the opposite wall up the wall, across the ceiling, and down the other wall to it. I don’t know if the device just doesn’t work, or if my attempted application of it is faulty. Needless to say, I do not have warm water coming out of the bidet.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Used in my home shower only. Build quality is excellent. Hook up to the water line was easy for me as i have plumbing experience. I just piped in the supply line with a few add on fasteners and the same with output line to shower. Hooking it to a 220 was as straight forward as anything else. If you are not 220 ready and have no experience in adding the correct breakers to your fuse box I would have a pro do it.
